As long as I,
stay in the mindset of not trying to supress or ignore my grief,
and in the mindset of not considering the idea of "moving on"
Or "getting over".
But instead, moving forward.
As long as I,
am in the mindset of celebrating the life and love of my beloved regularly,
I can breathe deeper,
I feel the love more powerfully and the pain of loss is lighter.
And although grief may still be there, the love I feel when I think of my beloved,
confirms that:
~They still exist
~They did not die in vain
and
~Their life mattered.
