Keeper of the Dreams

When a favorite person; a loved one~ dies
You get to be the keeper of their dreams
Not just one person,
But many friends can be in this role

To remember their dreams
keep the dreams,
live the dreams,
speak of the stories,
keep the dreams & stories alive
always;
Within us,
Through us.

The old paradigm of letting
the die go and moving on....
Is detramental in every way.
And it doesn't honor the loved one.
We are meant to keep our loved
ones alive.
Because they are alive.

Are we so small minded that
We believe they are only defined by skin & bones?
How limited that is, how uncreative of us all.
The ancient ones knew better...
